Sava club card general terms and conditions

Card issuance: the SAVA CLUB card is issued by the company Sava Rogaška, d.o.o., Zdraviliški trg 6, 3250 Rogaška Slatina.

The card may be obtained by natural persons over 15 years of age who duly fill out the card issuing form. Issuing a card to legal entities is not possible. The card can only be used by its holder and is not transferable. The card can be obtained free of charge by submitting a written application at the reception of the Grand Hotel Sava **** sup in Rogaška Slatina or on the website www.rogaska.si.

Usage: The cardholder can claim benefits and discounts by presenting the card that belongs to him for a specified period and for certain services. With the card presentation at the cash register after each payment at the Hotel Sava Rogaška d.o.o. in the value of at least one euro, the cardholder obtains a certain number of points that bring benefits (points are collected upon purchasing services, listed at the regular price lists that apply to catering, wellness and accommodation services). Collecting points and using benefits are only possible if a card is presented. The number of points received depends on the value of the purchase – for each completed purchase in the amount of one Euro, the cardholder receives one point. The acquired points are entered into the card system and the benefits are granted at the end of the benefit time period. Benefits in the form of an electronic voucher can be used by the next purchase until the end of the benefit period. The benefits to which the cardholder is entitled depend on the number of points collected on the card. The individual benefits and the number of points required for their acquisition are published in the Sava Club brochure and on the website www.rogaska.si.

At the end of each benefit period, the cardholders receive a note on the number of points according to certain criteria and the electronic voucher (benefit in the certain amount, placed on the card), which the cardholders can use in the next benefit period. The amount of the purchase by voucher must be higher than the value of the voucher. The voucher value is not calculated in the amount of purchases for the next accounting period. The points collected are transferred to the next benefit period only for members who have not accumulated enough points to qualify for the benefit. Transfer of points is possible only once. In case that a member does not collect enough points also until the end of the second accounting period in order to qualify for a bonus in the form of a voucher, the number of points collected shall be deleted. For all others, the number of points is returned to 0 immediately after the gift voucher has been issued. The total number of points collected is written on the purchase proof of each purchase. The cardholder can check his number of points through the website www.rogaska.si. Benefits can be claimed before making the payment by presenting the card and on the basis of the acquired vouchers. It is not possible to replace the benefits on the card with cash. Benefit periods: from 1. January until 30. june and from 1. July until 31. December. The benefits to which the cardholder is entitled can be used exclusively at the Hotel Sava Rogaška d.o.o.

The Sava Club discount on wellness services is granted only for individual services as per the regular price list.

Handling in the event of a card loss: In case of a card loss or damage, a replacement may be made by a presentation of any official document with a picture and a completed form for issuing a new card. The cardholder pays the cost of issuing a new card.

Cancellation: The card is issued for an indefinite period of time and the holder can cancel it in writing at any time and without any indication of reasons. The card must be cancelled by registered post, and the card must be returned together with the written cancellation. The cancellation takes effect when the Hotel Sava Rogaška, d. o. o., receives the written cancellation and the card. The Hotel Sava Rogaška, d.o.o., may at any time and without any indication of the reasons, terminate the card in writing by regular post. If the card is cancelled by the Hotel Sava Rogaška d.o.o., the cardholder is entitled to all the benefits he has collected before the date of written cancellation.

Postal address for receiving post: The cardholder undertakes that he will keep the Hotel Sava Rogaška, d.o.o. up-to-date with any changes to the address, name or other information relevant for the use of the card.

Changes of general terms and conditions of operation: The Hotel Sava Rogaška d.o.o. reserves the right to the change terms and conditions of operation and other benefits without special written notification of the cardholders. Protection of personal data: By providing personal data in the written application form and by signing a statement or by confirming a web form that relates to the consent for the use of personal data, the cardholder gives his personal consent that all personal data relating to him, and the data that are or become known in the context of card operations, may be collected, processed, registered, used and stored by the personal data operator, i.e. the company Sava Rogaška d.o.o., Zdraviliški trg 6, 3250 Rogaška Slatina, for the purpose of providing marketing services, promotional activities, including direct marketing and the performance of a card operation analysis, as well as analysis of the individual’s purchasing habits. By doing so, the cardholder agrees and gives personal consent to the use of all personal data relating to him or the data that are or have become known to the data operator in the context of card operations, except sensitive personal information, for the purposes of direct marketing. Personal data will be processed in the territory of the EU and the countries of the former Soviet Union. Any cardholder can send a written request to the address of the data operator or by e-mail to at any time and without any explanation requesting that the data operator permanently or temporarily terminates the use of his / her personal data and information on the purchased services or items. In this case, within 15 days of receipt of the request, the operator will prevent the use of personal data and data for the indicated purposes, and inform the cardholder thereof within the following five days. The Slovenian legislation applies for the assessment of legal relations between the Hotel Sava Rogaška, d.o.o. and the cardholder.
