Confirmation of a reservation

To confirm the reservation, a prepayment of 30% of the total reservation value is required. The prepayment can be arranged in one of the following ways:

  • bank transfer to the hotel’s bank account by the agreed offer validity date,

or

  • authorization of a valid credit card in the amount of 30% of the reservation value.

Instructions for the secure submission of credit card details or bank transfer information will be provided upon confirmation of the offer.

In the case of a bank transfer, the paid prepayment is non-refundable. In the event of a reservation cancellation, a value voucher in the amount of the paid prepayment will be issued, in accordance with the cancellation conditions.

In the case of credit card authorization, the hotel will charge the card only in accordance with the cancellation conditions stated below.

Terms of cancellation

  • Cancellation of reservation up to 7 days before arrival – free of charge or issuance of a voucher, in case of advance payment.
  • Cancellation 7 to 1 day before arrival – 30% of the reservation value.
  • Cancellation 1 day before arrival or no-arrival – 50% of the reservation value.
  • In case of early departure, the full price (100%) will be charged, except in case of force majeure.
  • Procedures in the ROI medico & spa center must be canceled at least 24 hours before the agreed appointment, otherwise 50% of the procedure price will be charged.
  • Cancellation of a booked transfer is free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure; in case of later cancellation or no-show, 100% of the transfer value will be charged.

Payment for services

  • You pay the entire amount on the day of arrival, at the hotel reception or secure the payment with a credit card.
  • Services can be paid for in cash in EUR or with Mastercard, Visa, Diners bank cards.
  • We do not refund payments – we issue a voucher to use on your next visit.

Mandatory supplementary fees

  • Tourist tax: 3 EUR per person per night.
  • Registration fee: 3 EUR per person.

Accommodation in hotel rooms

  • Arrival: from 2 p.m
  • Departure: until 11 a.m
  • Use of included hotel services is available from check-in to check-out.
  • Early arrival (accommodation before 2 p.m.) is charged 60 EUR/room or 160 EUR/suite.
  • Extending the stay on the day of departure is possible by prior arrangement and depending on capacity availability. The surcharge for late check-out (until 6 p.m.) is EUR 60 or 160 EUR in suites.
  • On the day of departure, the hotel card is valid until 11 a.m., after which it is no longer possible to enter the room. Loss or damage to the card is charged EUR 10.

Accommodation in a hotel

  • The half-board service includes buffet breakfast (8:00-10:00 a.m.) and dinner (6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.) in the Kristal restaurant.
  • The hotel has free Wi-Fi connection in all rooms of the facility.
  • Outdoor parking near the hotel is included for hotel guests.
  • Pets: possible accommodation on the first floor (Premium or Superior), additional payment 25 EUR/day.
  • An extra bed and a child’s bed in the room can be prepared upon prior notice and only in certain types of rooms. The cost of renting a cot is EUR 15 per day.
  • Children up to the age of 5 stay for free. From 5 to 12 years receive a 30% discount on the price of the selected room type. Children 12 years of age or older pay the full price of the accommodation.
  • We organize transportation from airports, train and bus stations, and other cities to the hotel and back.

We reserve the right to change reservations, program and prices.
