Water aerobics is accompanied with modern and energetic rhythms in a pleasant environment of thermal pools. It consists of aerobics, gymnastics and dancing elements, which our excellent trainers turn into a real party with group exercises, exercises in a circle and in pairs. Water resistance ensures that the movement is more difficult, thus accelerating energy consumption and fat burning. But above all, the workout is fun and suitable for everyone.
Water aerobics timings:
- When: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 4 pm to 4.15 pm.
- Duration: 15 min
- Where: In the Lotus pool.
- Free for hotel guests.
