Water workout has a beneficial effect on the body and muscles. Due to water resistance, the movement is slightly more difficult, making the workout challenging and interesting. On the other hand, water resistance reduces pressure on joints, so the exercise is suitable for everyone - also for the elderly and for rehabilitation after physical injuries and fractures.

- When: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8.45 am to 9.00 am.
- Duration: 15 min
- Where: In the Lotus pools.
- Free for hotel guests.
