A strong trunk is crucial for a nice posture and easier carrying out of many daily tasks!
Through Pilates, you will strengthen hardly accessible, smaller and weaker muscles of the torso and the pelvic floor, which build a healthy and correct body posture. The workout includes strength exercises, stretching and breathing; due to slow, controlled and smooth performance it is also suitable for rehabilitation after injuries.
The workout will put a lot of emphasis on proper diaphragm breathing techniques. Conscious breathing will help against tension and release tight muscles.
