LAB (Legs, Abs and Buttocks Workout)

For active fat burning and strengthening all important muscle groups!
Our fitness center offers LAB Workout, which focuses on strengthening the muscles of legs, abdomen and buttock. After basic warming up with an emphasis on the buttocks and thighs, we will carry out a series of exercises to strengthen all of the mentioned muscular groups (squatting, split  squats, raising legs with ground support, bending of the torso, stabilization of the torso, etc.). We will finish the workout with pleasant stretching, cooling down and calming.
LAB Workout Timings:
  • When: Thursdays from 2 pm to 2.30 pm.
  • Duration: 30 min
  • Where: In the Styria Congress Hall.
  • Extra charge: 5 €

Registration at the Grand Hotel Sava Reception until 12.00.
